The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Discounted/clearance sale items marked as non-returnable.
2. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received at our warehouse, we will inspect the item.

If eligible, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI, card, etc.).

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
3. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement depends on stock availability. If the product is not available, a refund will be issued.
